Sports things worth watching

I am not a sporty person (I once sprained something during a work rounders game and still bring it up unprompted) but I do love a good rule set, and live sport in London is basically a board game with better sightlines and worse snacks. This is where I actually go, not where I think I should go. [The long version: I got into this because a colleague dragged me to a cricket match 'just for the atmosphere' and I spent four hours asking him to explain LBW, and somewhere between over six and the tea interval I realised sport is just Twilight Imperium with grass instead of a galaxy map, and now I can't stop going.
