Places I drag people to play things

Not all of this is board games, before you ask (yes, people ask). This is my list of actual physical, sweaty, outdoor sports venues around London that I visit when the group chat has decided we need "fresh air" instead of a six hour game of Twilight Imperium. [Quick aside because someone will message me about this: I am including Orford House even though technically it's a members' social club, because snooker is a sport in the sense that darts is a sport, which is to say it absolutely is and I will die on this hill, there's a whole World Championship, Ronnie O'Sullivan has more major titles than most Olympic athletes, and if you want to argue cue sports aren't "real" sport take it up with the BBC's scheduling department who clear an entire fortnight of coverage for the Crucible every spring.] Mostly this is places within striking distance of Walthamstow, because I am fundamentally lazy and refuse to board more than two trains for recreational purposes.
