Right, honestly, this is the stuff I keep bookmarked for when a runner asks me why their knee's been off since March. Not textbook fluff, actual studies I use to back up what I'm telling patients between Northern Quarter clinic hours and Fallowfield parkrun on a Sunday. Reckon half of physio is just knowing which paper to point to.
