Half the runners I patch up on a Sunday have never heard of a systematic review and honestly why would they. This is the stuff I actually go back to between clinic and gigs — the papers that changed how I load tendons, how I talk about ACL return to sport, and why I've stopped trusting single screening tests. Not exhaustive, just honest.
