I spend my working life arguing about bus headways and step-free access, so obviously I've also got strong feelings about the actual metal on London's roads. This isn't a garage of the objectively 'best' cars, more the ones that make me miss my Overground stop staring out the window like it's the last minute of a cup final. Mix of everyday icons and the odd daft classic I'd never admit to loving out loud.

3Aston Martin DB5	Aston Martin DB5	Valet-parked outside a Mayfair club, engine still ticking as it cools	Bond's car, obviously, but also just objectively the poshest thing with wheels I've ever stood next to.
4Jaguar E-Type	Jaguar E-Type	Sunday classic car gatherings near Regent's Park	Even Enzo Ferrari was reportedly a fan of the shape, and I'm not about to disagree with the man.

7Bentley Continental GT	Bentley Continental GT	Idling in the valet queue outside Harrods on a Saturday	Basically a very expensive armchair on wheels. I'd still take a lift if offered, no questions asked.
8Reliant Robin	Reliant Robin	Mostly on reruns, occasionally a real one turns up looking pleased with itself at a Peckham car meet	Three wheels shouldn't work, much like England's back four some tournaments, and yet somehow it charms me every time.
