These are the spots that basically run my sports calendar down here. Some are where I go to yell at Spo’s rotations, some are where I try to pretend I still have a first step, and a couple are just mandatory pilgrimage sites if you care about Miami sports at all. Think of this as my personal save file for when a friend texts, “Yo where we watching / hooping / tailgating?” and I don’t feel like retyping the same paragraphs.

1Kaseya CenterNBA arenaMiami Heat basketballBig conference games and playoffs601 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132Miami, FLIf you’re even mildly into hoops, seeing a Heat home game here is like running a benchmark test on your basketball fandom. Noise, views of the bay, random celebrity sightings—it’s our main server room.
2Jose Marti Park & GymCity park and indoor gymPickup basketballWeeknights after 6pm, weekend late afternoons362 SW 4th St, Miami, FL 33130Miami, FLClosest thing Brickell has to a default pickup hub. Outdoor runs feel like Rucker Park with humidity; indoor court is where the more serious runs happen when the weather goes full Miami.
3Hoopers GymIndoor basketball facilityTraining and runsLate nights and rainy days14168 SW 139th Ct, Miami, FL 33186Miami, FLWhen I actually pretend to work on my game instead of just talking about it, this is where I go. Clean courts, hoops people everywhere, and open 24/7 so there’s always another run in the buffer.
4305 Sports BarNeighborhood sports barHeat, Dolphins, soccerWeeknight games and Sunday afternoons919 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL 33131Miami, FLBrickell’s little sports cave. Smaller, louder, way more dialed-in crowd than a generic chain. Feels like you accidentally walked into a fan forum that started selling wings.
5Grails WynwoodThemed sports barNBA, UFC, big soccer matchesFight nights and marquee NBA games2800 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33127Miami, FLSneaker-head aesthetics plus a legit game-watching setup. Feels like someone merged League Pass with a streetwear feed, which is basically my brain on a good night.
6Hard Rock StadiumMulti-sport stadiumDolphins, Canes, major eventsDolphins home games and big events347 Don Shula Dr, Miami Gardens, FL 33056Miami Gardens, FLThe big boss level of Miami sports. Tailgates feel like a giant lab experiment in how many grills and speakers you can fit into one parking lot, and we’ve got World Cup games coming through, so it’s only getting wilder.
