Bottles worth the walk

ok but this is basically my whole personality rn — a glass of something funky skin-contact after close, then a slice, then probably a gallery opening I wasn't invited to but showed up anyway. these are the spots that taught me what tannin actually means instead of just nodding along when regulars say it. half natural wine bars, half bottle shops i raid before a BYO — no snobbery, lots of orange wine, zero judgment if you still like a cold pinot grigio sometimes (me too).
