Loan by day, backgammon by night, caffeine the whole time. I grade every spot in Miami out of 10 like it's a mortgage app — no mercy, no bias, just vibes and cortaditos. Half these I found while pretending to understand abstract art in Allapattah, the other half on a Tuesday 6am sprint before a client call.

My cafecito scorecard — 3 items
Name	Neighborhood	Score /10	My take
1Versailles	Little Havana	9	Cafecito at the ventanita here hits different, abuela-approved, no notes.
2Suite Habana Cafe	South Beach	8	Small space, big colada energy, worth the detour off the causeway.
3Zak the Baker	Wynwood	7	Came for bread, stayed for the coffee, left $40 lighter, worth it.
