I watched most of it on a dodgy stream in the Northern Quarter with a pizza going cold, so here's where I'd actually plant myself for the rematches: NBA bars and pubs scattered round town that'll put the hoops on when the football's done for the night. Manchester's not short on venues that'll flip a screen for US sport if you ask nicely or turn up at the right hour.
