I love a hospital shift that ends with a cold one and zero chance of running into a patient's family. This is the circuit I actually keep: trivia hoppers, cocktail hideouts, one certified dive. I will deny loyalty to any single bar under oath. Doyle's is gone now (RIP, truly) so I've made peace with spreading the love around Centre and Centre-adjacent streets instead.
