This one isn't dressed up as medical advice, it's just what genuinely lives in my bag and gets handed to runners off the treatment table more than anything else. Half proper pharmacy kit, half stuff I nag people to just go and buy. Reckon if you're doing Fallowfield parkrun on repeat like me, you'll end up owning most of this list eventually.
