This ain't a database export, it's my rotation. I've spent enough nights at bar tops around this city comparing notes like scouting reports before a draft, so here's the lineup that actually earns a tap handle in my book. Some are local grinders built by guys who treat brewing like an engine rebuild, some are imports that just flat-out perform. No fillers, no bench-warmers.

J. Wakefield Guava GoseJ. Wakefield Guava GoseJ. Wakefield Brewing, 2465 NW 89th Ct, DoralTart like a bad call reversed on replay, but it works. Guava hits like a turbocharger kicking in, sudden and welcome in this heat.
Veza Sur Tropical EverythingVeza Sur Tropical EverythingVeza Sur Brewing Co, 55 NW 25th St, MiamiLike biting into a mango mid-play, no warning, all reward. Great patio beer when the biergarten's buzzing on a Saturday.
M.I.A. Beer Company 305 LagerM.I.A. Beer Company 305 LagerM.I.A. Beer Company, 10400 NW 33rd St, DoralThis is the beer equivalent of a reliable daily driver. Doesn't need to impress anybody, just gets the job done every single time.
Biscayne Bay Brewing Very Very Berry SourBiscayne Bay Brewing Very Very Berry SourBiscayne Bay Brewing, 8060 NW 14th St, DoralSour enough to make you squint like you just read a bad estimate. Berries balance it out though, comeback of the game.
HeinekenHeinekenBall & Chain, 1513 SW 8th St, MiamiYeah it's not local, sue me. On Calle Ocho with a mojito chaser it just fits, like factory parts on a factory engine.
Corona ExtraCorona ExtraMonty's Raw Bar, 2550 S Bayshore Dr, MiamiLime wedge non-negotiable. Dock views, boats coming in, this beer is basically background music at this point.
Due South Yellow Fever IPADue South Yellow Fever IPADue South Brewing at Boxelder Craft Beer Bar, 8214 SW 124th St, PinecrestPunchy tropical hop bill, feels like a well-timed blitz. Boxelder always has a rotating tap list worth studying like game film.
La TropicalLa TropicalSanguich de Miami, 2057 SW 8th St, MiamiCuban classic, light and crisp, pairs with a medianoche like it was drawn up that way in the playbook.
Cigar City Jai Alai IPACigar City Jai Alai IPALokal, 3190 Commodore Plaza, MiamiFlorida staple, dependable as a torque wrench that's never let me down. Grab one on Lokal's patio in the Grove and just watch people walk by.
