Museum afternoons worth a renewed library card

These are the places I send patrons when they've finished a book and don't know what to pick up next, or when the hold shelf is empty and the weather's wrong for the park. Half of these I've wandered into between jazz sets or coffee errands, the other half I keep meaning to revisit properly (my to-read pile has opinions about my free time, but the museums wait patiently). No particular order, just the ones that earned a spot on the shelf in my head.
