If my econ homework isn’t open, I’m probably staring at a car. These are the spots I end up dragging friends to when the group chat says "let’s drive" and somehow we’re on Milwaukee or out past Joliet before anyone realizes. Some are pure flex, some are greasy, some are just where you park, eat, and talk trash about each other’s parallel parking. Chicago kid radius, full gas-tank required.

You stand on the sidewalk and play the "what does this person do for a living" game. Feels like scrolling Instagram, except the cars are actually right there.
3Chicago Auto Pros Lombard	Detailing, tint, and paint protection shop	207A Eisenhower Ln S, Lombard, IL 60148	Lombard, IL	Suburban shop in an industrial strip, parking lot full of daily drivers trying to glow up.	Same magic as Glenview, just more "I drove down 355 for this" energy. Good excuse to hit the highway and pretend you’re doing a shakedown run.

This is the "someday" goal. For now I’m just the guy watching HPDE videos and debating if econ majors can justify track memberships.
5AMS Performance	Performance tuning and engineering shop	1760 Metoyer Ct, West Chicago, IL 60185	West Chicago, IL	Serious tuner HQ—GTRs, boosted stuff, and cars that definitely make more power than they should.	Legend status in the mod world. I’m not at the "built motor" tax bracket yet, but it’s nice knowing the wizards are out there in the burbs making 1,000 hp happen.
