Nights off from the dispensary are precious, so I’m not wasting them on sad chips and a mystery mayo. These are the spots I actually trek to from Stoneybatter — some are grand for a Tuesday bowl of something comforting, others are deadly when you fancy a tasting menu and a martini you didn’t make yourself. Expect a lot of good bread, a scandalous amount of butter, and the odd detour for a decent flat white before a gallery wander.
