Honestly this is less a 'best of' and more just the places my body has walked to on autopilot since I moved to Centre Street (still have three boxes in the hallway, don't ask). Not to be dramatic but a good coffee shop with somewhere to sit is basically healthcare for a person who spends all day on her feet fixing other people's knees. These are the ones I actually return to, mystery novel in tote bag, every single week.
