I mix down drum tracks all day in Gowanus so by night I need a table, a rulebook with 40 pages of exceptions, and strangers willing to learn a worker-placement game at 9pm. 2The Brooklyn Strategist	333 Court St	Brooklyn, NY 11231	500+ games	Four hours of table time for $15. FOUR. That's barely enough to finish setup on some of my heavier picks, but the backyard in summer makes up for it.
3Hex & Co. Union Square	801 Broadway	New York, NY 10003	500+ games	Clean, bright, good drinks. Feels slightly corporate compared to Thompson Street but the chairs don't destroy your back, which matters at hour three.
