Right, these are my go-tos when I need a proper brew, not just instant mither from the site cabin. Mix of Ancoats stuff near mine and NQ places I hit before gigs at the Ritz or after board game club nutters make me too tired to cook. All tested, all SOUND.

2Pollen Bakery	Cotton Field Wharf, 8 New Union St, Manchester M4 6FQ	Manchester	Queue's always mad but the coffee and a cruffin together is unreal. Worth the wait, mint way to start a weekend.
3Trove Ancoats	5 Murray St, Ancoats, Manchester M4 6HS	Manchester	Proper family run vibe, coffee's solid and the bakes are LEVEL. Go early or you're queuing out the door.
