My permanent short list for restocking the rack or just getting out of the house for a glass of something Spanish, because a title underwriter has to decompress somehow. Half of this is Coral Gables because that's where I live and where my car already knows the way, and half is because mi gente at these shops actually know what rioja I like without me explaining it twice. Pace yourself the way you'd pace a 2k erg — steady, not showy — and you'll make it through this whole list eventually.
