Fuel between gigs

Right, this is the actual list — not the Instagram one — of where I shove food in my face between load-in and last orders. Northern Quarter obviously dominates because my life basically happens on a fifty-yard radius around it, but there's a couple of Didsbury mentions because even I have to go home sometimes! Fair warning — my bank balance after a big gig week does NOT thank me for half of these, but my stomach absolutely does.
