Right, lads. I'm a facilities man, I fix things for a living, so I know a well-run operation when I see one — and these are the spots that don't let you down. Mostly Stoneybatter and Smithfield because that's my patch, with a few across the river for when I'm forced south of the Liffey for work. No fancy foam art rankings, just where I actually drink the stuff. Anyway.

4Proper Order Coffee Co	Proper Order Coffee Co	Smithfield	7 Haymarket, Smithfield, Dublin 7	Dublin	Filter coffee, cardamom bun	No seats, no messing, just serious coffee. In and out like a good sideline cut, straight over the bar.
