Bushwick-adjacent book haunts

okay so this is less a 'best of nyc' list and more the circuit i actually run on days off — molasses when i want a beer with my paperback, human relations when i'm broke and need a $3 fix, mcnally when a date wants to feel fancy — the G train (RIP in my heart) and the L train giveth and taketh away but these places stay put which i respect deeply. all verified, all real, all worth the trek even in february. lowercase sign-off as always — xo, see you in the poetry section
