Right, these are the spots I actually end up in after a gig at Night & Day or a Saturday match, when the wages from my sound job have gone on vinyl and I need somewhere decent for the last few quid. No chain nonsense here, just proper pubs and bars where the pints are sound and nobody bats an eyelid if you turn up in a half-and-half scarf. Northern Quarter heavy because that's my manor, but I've chucked a couple of classics in from further out too.
