3Sightglass Coffee — 7th Street	Sightglass Coffee, 270 7th St, San Francisco, CA 94103	SoMa	The roastery flagship — loud, industrial, smells like caramelization itself. Order the single origin, stand by the roaster, feel something.
4Sightglass Coffee — Mission	Sightglass Coffee, 3014 20th St, San Francisco, CA 94110	Mission	Quiet block, same roast, less line. I come here when I want to actually sit and eat my croissant in peace instead of standing like proofed dough.
