Hotels I know the back-of-house workings of, or at least the lobby well enough to judge the coffee. No rankings based on thread count, just what a facilities man notices: the boiler room, the fire doors, whether the night porter looks like he's slept. Dublin's full of them but these are the ones worth your money. Think of it as a scouting report, like checking the away end before a match.
