Peacock just greenlit a live-action "Dungeon Crawler Carl" adaptation "straight-to-series" (Seth MacFarlane's Fuzzy Door, Chris Yost and Eric Heisserer showrunning, Jeff Hays already cast as the voice of Princess Donut), and I've been reading the books on the Red Line ever since. No premiere date yet, no Carl actor announced, so until Peacock actually drops this thing I'm doing my own crawler cosplay around Boston \u2014 dungeon energy, survival instincts, a talking cat's worth of sass. These are the spots where I plotted my own 18-level gauntlet of the Greenway between meetings, usually with a bourbon or a library hold waiting at the end. Consider this a field guide for fellow Crawlers killing time until the trailer drops.

Dungeon Crawler Carl Peacock series — 4 items
Name	Boston Connection	My take
1Boston Public Library Central	Where I actually read all eight Dungeon Crawler Carl books, one hold at a time, in the Bates Hall reading room	Nothing makes you appreciate not being chased by eldritch monsters like sitting under a painted ceiling with a library card and zero stakes
2Trident Booksellers & Cafe	Where I eavesdropped on a stranger loudly defending Princess Donut's character arc over brunch	Correct opinion, wrong volume, 10 out of 10 commitment
3The Burren	Debated with a friend here whether a live-action Carl show can survive without LitRPG stat screens	It can, if they're brave enough to just trust the jokes and the violence
4Harvard Bookstore	Picked up the newest Carl book release here the week it dropped, basement bargain bins be damned	The staff recs shelf has never once let me down, dungeon crawlers included
