Whenever my brain is fried from roadmapping or arguing about button copy, I default to two tabs: "where can I move my body" and "where can I watch other people move theirs with a beer in hand." This is my current A/B-tested mix of actual sweat, pickup chaos, and big-screen viewing around town. Think of it as my personal flowchart: do I want to hoop, climb, aim at things, or yell at a TV. None of this is definitive (half-baked takes only), but if you hit even two of these in a week, you’re basically running my ideal San Francisco sports loop.

1Golden Gate Tap RoomWatching all the games, bar arcade on the sideIndoorLoud, crowded, wall-of-screens, Union Square tourist meets office happy hourNFL Sundays, NBA playoffs, World Cup group chaosMixed — tourists, downtown workers, random superfans in jerseys$$This is the full-court press of sports bars: too many screens, too many taps, and somehow it works. Great when you want energy more than insight (you will not hear commentary, but you will hear that guy in the Curry jersey coaching from the bar). Great place to yell at Arsenal or whoever ruined your parlay at 8 a.m., then stumble out into sunlit North Beach pretendi1353 Grant Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94133San Francisco
