Pizzas I Trust

I used to spend my weekends assessing fire damage; now I spend them assessing pizza. Same basic brief: structure, load-bearing crust, and whether the toppings are likely to slide off under stress. This is the dozen I keep circling back to around Manchester when the premium for leaving the house feels justified. Mostly classics, a few daft ideas that somehow pass underwriting, all road‑tested after long drives back from the Peaks or daft arguments in Chorlton beer gardens.

Correct decision.
