When I’m not arguing in class about why Heat is a perfect movie, I’m sneaking in one more slice before the Pink Line home. This is my personal pizza canon — deep dish, tavern, pan, Neapolitan, all of it. Some are tourist-y, some are pure neighborhood, all of them are worth bailing on your diet like it’s the Titanic, ngl.

3Pat’s Pizza and Ristorante	Classic Chicago tavern	Sausage, green pepper, onion	Lincoln Park	2679 N Lincoln Ave	Chicago, IL 60614	Lowkey my north side tavern king. Super thin, crispy, cut into little squares you swear you’ll stop eating after “just one more row.” Lying to yourself is part of the experience.
