- Person
- James Graham
- Connection to Julie
- Playwright of Punch, which netted her that recent Olivier and a lot of breathless lobby chat.
- Where they crossed my radar
- Started with This House and political plays, then suddenly I’m watching his work again because Julie’s name is on the cast list.
- Why they matter
- Has basically cornered the market on turning recent British politics and scandals into sharp, sell-out drama.
- My take
- If Graham writes it and Julie signs on, I assume the risk-reward ratio is heavily skewed in my favour; I book early and sort the spreadsheets later.
