These are the rooms where the sound's right before the drinks even hit the bar. I've worked loadout at half of Miami's venues and these are where the levels feel honest, no clipping, no feedback, timing's tight from first pour to last call. Little Havana's my block now so you'll see heavy bias toward Calle Ocho — sue me, I walk home from most of these.
