Bottles I keep chasing

This is less a wine list and more a RUNNING TAB of bottles and pours I keep circling back to between service and school pickup (yes, my kid has opinions about which museum we're hitting after the wine shop, don't worry). Heavy on low-intervention, small-production stuff with real acidity and a pulse — the kind that makes a sommelier's eyes go wide behind the bar. Some of these are shops where I stock up for home, some are the bars where I steal an hour to actually sit and taste through a list. Gowanus and Carroll Gardens anchor most of my week, but I'll cross a bridge for the right glass of orange wine.
