These are the series I reach for after a twelve‑hour clinic day when my brain still insists on documenting SOMETHING. All set in the city that keeps paging me, but in nicer lighting and with better dialogue. Most I discovered chasing whatever my son was streaming; a few I bullied him into trying. Side effects include sudden cravings for bagels at midnight and unrealistic expectations of New York apartments.

1Only Murders in the Building2021Comedy mysteryUpper West Side, grand co‑op~30–35 min4 so farLight whodunit after a heavy clinic dayHulu at my placeEases post-call cortisol without sedating completely.Feels like listening to building gossip in a waiting room, but with better knitwear.
