If you’re a medic in London you rapidly realise ‘going out’ usually means migrating to a different library with better plugs. This is my little circuit of places that make the endless anatomy flashcards, path playlists and existential dread slightly more bearable. Expect a mix of high-yield libraries, gloriously weird medical museums, and one very on-brand pub. Bring your own caffeine. And maybe your stethoscope. Just in case.

Great date spot if your idea of romance is murmuring about chloroform.

Close enough to Guy’s that you can ‘quickly’ run to the ward and somehow end up clerking three patients and missing your lunch. Again.
