Between clinic and car park roulette I somehow keep a reading list on the go. These are the physio papers that survived the cull, the ones I've actually read cover to cover and not just saved to a folder like a coward. Mostly MSK, mostly stuff I've nicked bits from for patient handouts. Read at your own risk, the NHS wifi will time out halfway through the discussion section anyway.

7Manual therapy vs exercise for neck painManual therapy and exercise for mechanical neck disordersNeck painCochrane Database of Systematic Reviews2010Bit older but still the one I reach for when someone's convinced their neck needs 'cracking' weekly.
8Falls prevention exercise in older adultsExercise for preventing falls in older people living in the communityFalls preventionCochrane Database of Systematic Reviews2019Community caseload staple. Balance work genuinely cuts falls, not just a tick box for the paperwork.
9Pain neuroscience education outcomesPain neuroscience education for chronic musculoskeletal painPain sciencePhysical Therapy Reviews2016Read half of this in the hospital canteen queue and finished it on the 86 bus home. Genuinely useful stuff.
