Sure look, after a Páirc de Burca Thursday there's nothing for it only a glass of something decent and your feet up... These are the spots round Dublin where I actually know the staff by name, or at least they know my face and my usual order. No fancy sommelier nonsense, just people who'll steer you right whether you've a fiver or fifty to spend. Rioja gets a special mention throughout, because sure you'd know that already.
