Triage enough twisted ankles and Malort-induced regrets on night shift and you start treating game days like actual medicine. These are the spots that reset my brain: some are holy ground (hi, Soldier), some are where we yell at TVs like they can hear us, and some are just where you can inhale wings and forget charting exists for a few hours. All Chicago, all sports-obsessed, all vetted by someone who knows how to function on three hours of sleep and a noon kickoff. See you in the nosebleeds—if I fall asleep, just check a pulse and hand me a hot dog.
