Half my brain lives in a spreadsheet of free throw percentages, the other half is trying to find a seat at the next trivia night. This is the Boston sports stuff I keep coming back to \u2014 the courts where the run is actually good, the bars where the beer matches the game, and a couple of spots that deserve more foot traffic than they get. No Garden luxury boxes here, just the places a rec-league guy with a stats habit actually goes.

Fenway Park4 Jersey StreetBoston, MAOldest park in the majors and somehow the Monster still makes a routine fly ball look like a crisis. I've seen a .500 hitter look like Ruth off that wall. Worth the neck crick from the bleachers.
TD Garden100 Legends WayBoston, MABanners hanging from the rafters like a flex nobody asked for (seventeen plus six, I checked). Sit up top for the Celtics, the sightlines are honestly better than some lower bowl seats I've suffered through elsewhere.
Reilly Memorial Courts355 BroadwayCambridge, MAMy go-to for a Tuesday night run. Full court, decent rims (rare, respect the rim), and the competition level swings wildly depending who shows up. Bring your own ball just in case.
Charles River EsplanadeStorrow DriveBoston, MANot a stat-friendly workout but I still track my splits like it matters. River view beats a treadmill screen every time, and on a clear day you can watch the crew teams out there grinding.
