- She’s not pretty when she’s full and the board is red, but the mix of residents, fellows, and attendings makes it the one place I’m sure a weird electrolyte gap or autoimmune zebra will get a real shot at a diagnosis instead of a shrug and another dischar
- Little tip
- Use the longer routes between towers instead of the elevators when you can — five minutes of walking between patients is the cheapest burnout prophylaxis I know.
