Ideal moment
Tuesday night debrief when you promised yourself “just one episode” and you know that’s a lie.
My take
The definition of dependable: a little brown sugar, a little oak, zero drama. This is the bottle I pour while reheating leftover dumplings and pretending they’re ‘paired’ with the vanilla on the finish.
