Delete my Data

At TheLysts AG, we respect your right to manage your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps outlined below. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our data deletion policy:

Send an email with the subject line: "Request to Delete My Data" to Delete my Data.

Your email must include the following details to process your request:
a. Your username and the email address associated with your account.
b. A brief statement outlining the reason for the data deletion request.

Upon receipt of your email, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours.

Posts, reviews, lists, and other user-generated content associated with your account will be retained by TheLysts AG for a period of 90 days in accordance with our policies. This retention period allows for administrative purposes and compliance with legal obligations. After 90 days, all such data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

By submitting your request, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms of our data deletion process. Deletion of your account is irreversible, and TheLysts AG will not be able to restore any deleted data after the 90-day retention period.
