Playlist for the drive between class, film sessions, and whatever arena I'm sneaking into that night. Half these spots I've actually stood in the pit for, half I'm just obsessed with from the nosebleeds. Ranking these is like ranking zone defenses, everyone's gonna disagree and that's the fun part.

Hard Rock StadiumSame turf where the Canes play, so I already know every exit and which concession line moves fastest. Sound gets weird in the upper deck though, bring earplugs like it's a Sunday game.347 Don Shula DrMiami GardensArena Pop/RockMassive, loud, parking lot chaosStadium tours, big festival runs
Kaseya CenterI've watched more basketball here than concerts honestly but the sightlines are elite either way. Nachos are fine, not elite, more of a role player than a starter.601 Biscayne BlvdMiamiMixed/Touring PopHeat game energy even without the HeatArena tours, big name residencies
Bayfront ParkUltra history lives here and you can feel it even on a random Tuesday walk through. Grass gets destroyed by the end of any big weekend, field goal kickers would hate this turf.301 Biscayne BlvdMiamiFestival/EDMSkyline backdrop, outdoor sprawlFestival season, sunset sets
The GroundGets packed like the student section during a rivalry game, zero personal space policy apparently. Sound is surprisingly clean for how raw the room looks.34 NE 11th StMiamiHip-hop/ElectronicWarehouse, underground, no frillsLate night sets you tell people about later
Ball & ChainZero business being this good and this historic at the same time. Band plays like they're up ten with two minutes left, no letting off.1513 SW 8th StMiamiLatin/JazzLittle Havana, courtyard, live salsa most nightsDate nights or when your abuela is visiting
The AndersonLow key one of my favorite off nights, like a scrimmage instead of a real game but still fun. DJ rotation here is more consistent than our bullpen, if we had one, we don't, this is football brain talking.709 NE 79th StMiamiIndie/DJ setsNeighborhood bar that turns into a dance floorCasual weeknight when you don't want a whole production
Space MiamiYou go in at midnight and come out and the sun is just up there like it won the game already. Not for the faint of cardio, this is a full four quarters plus overtime.34 NE 11th StMiamiHouse/TechnoMulti-room, no windows, loses you in timeSunrise sets, marathon nights
GrampsThis is the walk-on tryout venue, you never know who you're gonna see but sometimes it's a future star. Backyard setup makes it feel like a house show, in a good way.176 NW 24th StMiamiIndie/Local actsWynwood dive bar, backyard stageCatching local bands before anyone else knows them
Coyo Taco WynwoodWildest layup of a spot, you're just there for tacos and suddenly there's a DJ and a whole vibe shift. Efficient like a two minute drill, in and out with a good time.2300 NW 2nd AveMiamiDJ nights/Late nightTaco shop by day, secret bar energy by nightPregaming before a bigger show
Radio BarThis room is smaller than our film room and somehow louder than the stadium. Definitely left with ringing ears and zero regrets, worth the trade.814 1st StMiami BeachRock/Punk/LocalTiny, gritty, no stage barrierLoud nights with actual strangers becoming friends
