ok so this started as "i just need ONE quiet gin and tonic after the gallery opening" and became a whole situation. these are the spots where the bartender actually cares about the botanicals (ask them, they WILL talk your ear off, it's great) and the lighting is low enough to sketch by. rating is vibes not spirits knowledge, i still don't know what a genever is.
