First time I had Gaja Barbaresco, I tasted plums and that taste has stayed with me since then, one of the best wines from that region! I think the fine staying of 12 months in oak barrels works!

There is one more ,, premium ", I cant remember the Name, but regarding quality Gaja is in the lead, at least for me! Price 250-350€ retail
