These are the spots I actually haul myself to when the itch hits — ballparks, blacktop, and one bar where the pitchers come in pints instead of out of the bullpen. It’s a mix of big arenas and neighborhood courts, the places that make New York feel like a sports novel you accidentally wandered into, dog-eared and loud.
